Uncle Pig’s Barbeque Pit

The 2023 edition is no different. After a long list of awards, Master of Ceremonies Chip Chapman announced that Uncle Pig’s Barbecue Pit of New Jersey is this year’s Grand Champion of The Jack. The victory earn them a $25,000 prize and an automatic initiation to defend their crown in 2024. T

This year, it was all Oklahoma at the biggest BBQ competition in Tennessee. A big congratulations goes out to Clark Crew BBQ of Yukon, OK for smoking the competition and bringing us back for seconds.

Turns out, 7 isn’t just Jack’s lucky number. After six previous appearances at The Jack, Butcher Barbecue of Chandler, OK claimed the title of Grand Champion at the 30th Annual  competition. Congrats!
