Jack Daniel's California Concert Terms & Conditions
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of the United States, residing in California to participate. Sweepstakes void where prohibited or restricted by law.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: “California Jack Daniel’s Summer Sweepstakes” starts on June 1, 2024, at 12:00am ET and ends on July 31, 2024 at 11:59pm ET (“Sweepstakes Period”).
HOW TO ENTER:
You may enter by going to https://www.jackdaniels.com/en-us/concert-ca and completing and submitting the online form found there. Limit one entry per day, per person.
All entries must be received on or before July 31, 2024 at 11:59pm ET.
ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Brown-Forman, their affiliates, as well as the advertising/ promotion agency, and the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible to win. Holders of wholesale or retail licenses are not eligible. You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of the United States, residing in California.
DRAWING: Prize winner(s) will be selected in random drawing(s) from among all timely received eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Drawing will be conducted on or about August 7th, 2024.
PRIZES: There will be five (5) Prize(s) awarded:
Each prize consists of (2) reserved tickets, (2) VIP Club Passes, (1) VIP Parking Pass, and (1) $500 prepaid cash card to winner’s choice of one(1) concert during 2024 concert season at one of the participating venues listed below. Approximate retail value of each prize is $1,300.
Participating venues: Hollywood Palladium in Los Angeles, The Wiltern in Los Angeles, The Observatory Ocean County in Santa Ana, Glen Helen Amphitheater in Los Angeles, The Observatory North Park in San Diego, North Island Credit Union Amphitheater in Chula Vista, Shoreline Amphitheater in San Francisco, Toyota Pavilion at Concord, The Masonic, The Fillmore in San Francisco, CA, Toyota Amphitheater in Sacramento.
Tickets are redeemable until December 30, 2024, or while supplies last. . Blackout dates and other restrictions may apply. Not valid during sold out concerts, private parties or non- Live Nation produced events. If winner is unable or unwilling to attend on the requested dates, the prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. An unclaimed and/or unused prize element will remain the property of Live Nation. Tickets are subject to program availability, venue capacity, age and artist restrictions. Tickets to a particular concert are not guaranteed. Selection of ticket type and/or concert seat location is solely within Live Nation’s discretion. Travel and accommodations are not included and are the sole responsibility of winner and guest. Ticket delivery method is at sole discretion of Live Nation which will be either sent to winner by mail, email, mobile ticketing or placed at venue Will Call the day of concert under the winner’s name. Winner must be present to pick up tickets and a valid photo ID will be required if tickets are placed at Will Call. Winner and guest must be at least twenty-one (21) years old and must abide by all venue policies. Live Nation reserves the right to revoke full or partial prize from any winner or winner’s guest who it and/or venue personnel deem may, in their sole discretion, be intoxicated, be a safety risk, have violated any venue policy or law, and/or may bring Live Nation into disrepute. Winner must select concert within thirty (30) days of winning or forfeits the prize. Winner understands that there are inherent risks involved in being in public spaces and that these risks may be present before, during and after the concert. Resale of tickets is prohibited. By claiming tickets, you agree to Live Nation’s Terms of Use and to abide by the health and safety measures in effect at the time of your event, which may include, but not be limited to, wearing masks, providing proof of vaccination status and/or providing proof of negative COVID-19 status. Should the event be cancelled, you will be notified as soon as reasonably possible.
Beverage alcohol is not part of the sweepstakes prize. All federal, state and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of prize winners. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value. Limit one prize per winner. The winner(s) will be notified by a Text Message, phone and/or email. Winner must be at least 21 years of age. Guest of winner must be at least 21 years of age. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.
NOTICE: Potential Winner(s) will be notified on or after August 7, 2024. Potential winners will have Ten (10) days from date of notice (“Designated Period”) to accept the prize. If a winner does not accept the prize within the Designated Period, he/she may forfeit the prize and alternate winner(s) may be selected. Alternate winner(s) may have a varying time to accept the prize(s).
Brown-Forman/Jack Daniel’s (hereinafter “Brand” and/or “Sponsor”), Live Nation (defined below) and participating promotional companies are not in any way liable for damage, loss or injury resulting from computer malfunctions, misdirected or incomplete entries or acceptance and use of the prize. Brown-Forman/Brand reserves the right in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend this sweepstakes should virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the sweepstakes. Brown-Forman/Brand reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate or suspend the sweepstakes. Brown-Forman/Brand assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
CAUTION: Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such attempt. Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent of the law.
CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASE: Potential winner(s) may be required to provide a mailing address to receive prize or prize information. Potential Winner(s) may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release. Guest of winner may be required to sign a similar release.
By accepting his or her prize(s), the winner(s): (a) releases Sponsor , Live Nation Worldwide, Inc. (“Live Nation”), promotional agencies, franchisees, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, assigns, agents, representatives, officers, directors, shareholders, employees and their affiliated companies and licensed alcohol wholesalers and retailers from any all liability claims, action or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion activity or connection with the use of the prizes; as well as (b) consents to the use by Brown-Forman/Jack Daniel’s for promotional and advertising purposes in connection with this promotion and general use of the images submitted with entries, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation. Proof of identification and age verification will be required.
PRIVACY: Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, your contact information and any other information submitted by you, or collected by Brown-Forman, in connection with this sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the Brown-Forman’s privacy policy (https://legal.brown-forman.com/privacy-policy/english).
WINNERS’ LIST: For the name of the prize winner(s), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Red Moon Marketing, Attn: “California Jack Daniel’s Summer Sweepstakes” Winners List, 7804 Fairview Road, Box #309, Charlotte, NC 28226, before August 31, 2024. Do not send entries to this address.
