SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: September 22nd, 2024 to October 22nd, 2024. All entries must be received by October 22nd, 2024 at 11:59 pm. ET.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter visit https://www.jackdaniels.com/en-us/latingrammyofficialparty to complete and submit an entry. The information consumers provide will only be used for participation in the Jack Daniel’s & Official Latin Grammy Party Sweepstakes and for any future communications, should you opt in.

All entries must be received by October 22nd, 2024 (11:59 pm ET)
DRAWING: Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all timely received eligible entries. A total of one (1) Drawing will be conducted as noted below, and winners will be notified by text message and/or phone and/or email from RedMoon Marketing, on or about October 23rd, 2024. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The Sweepstakes Period begins at 11:59 pm on Sept 22nd, 2024 and ends at 11:59 pm on October 22nd, 2024 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes Period is set forth below. Sponsor's computer is the official time keeping device of the Sweepstakes.
Entry Period: 11:59 pm on 09/22/2024 and ends at 11:58 pm on 10/22/2024
# of Prizes Awarded: One (1) Pair of tickets to attend, the Invite only, Official Latin Grammy Party and Latin Grammy Awards.
Winner Draw Date: 10/23/2024
ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Brown-Forman and their affiliates, as well as the advertising/promotion agency, and the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible to win. Holders of wholesale or retail licenses and their employees are not eligible.
PRIZE: Prize consists of a trip to Miami, FL to attend the Official Latin Grammy Party and Latin Grammy Awards, including coach class air transportation for winner and guest, two-night hotel accommodations (standard room, double occupancy), two (2) tickets to the Official Latin Grammy Party and Latin Grammy Awards and a $500 gift card (ARV $3,000). Trip must be taken from Wednesday, November 13th, 2024 – returning Friday, November 15th, 2023. Winner and guest will travel from the airport closest to their legal residence. Ground transportation to and from local airports is not part of the Prize. If Brown-Forman/Jack Daniel’s determines that If the winner lives within driving distance of Latin Grammy Party and Latin Grammy Awards (within an approximately 2 hour drive), the winner will drive and the winner will not receive any differential in prize value due to change in method of transportation. If a potential winner cannot attend on dates specified, he/she must forfeit the prize and an alternate winner may be selected. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded. Tickets are subject to certain terms and conditions as specified by the issuer. Winner and his/her guest agree to comply with all applicable event venue rules or regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner and/or his/her guest who engage(s) in a disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the Official Latin Grammy Party and Latin Grammy Awards. Released Parties (defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions, Acts of God, acts of terrorism, civil disturbances, work stoppage or any other natural disaster outside their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of the event.
Beverage alcohol is not a part of any of the sweepstakes prize. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of prize winner. No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash value. A 1099 will be issued.
RELEASE OF LIABILITY: Entrants by participating, agree that Brown-Forman and all of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, prize suppliers and advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (collectively, “Released Parties”) will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by Entrants against, any liability, for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death, to persons, or property resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any sweepstakes.
CLAIMING PRIZES/RELEASE: Potential Winner will be notified by text message and/or email and/or phone from RedMoon Marketing on or after November 5th, 2024. Winner may be required to provide a mailing address for delivery of prize documents. Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release. Grand Prize winner may be required to accept the Grand Prize within twenty-four (24) hours of notification. If a Grand Prize winner does not accept the Grand Prize within twenty-four (24) hours he/she/they may forfeit the Grand Prize and an alternate winner may be selected. The prize is not transferable and may not be redeemed for cash value. Unclaimed Prize may not be awarded. By accepting his or her prize, the winner: (a) releases Brown-Forman/Jack Daniel’s, and their affiliated companies and licensed alcohol wholesalers and retailers from any all liability claims, action or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion activity or connection with the use of the prizes; as well as (b) consents to the use by Brown-Forman/Jack Daniel’s for promotional and advertising purposes in connection with this promotion and general use of the images submitted with entries, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation. Guest of winner must be at least 21 years of age and may be required to sign a similar release.
PRIVACY: Except as otherwise contemplated in these Official Rules, your contact information and any other information submitted by you, or collected by Brown-Forman, in connection with this sweepstakes will be used in accordance with the Brown-Forman’s privacy policy (https://legal.brown-forman.com/privacy-policy/english).
WINNER’S LIST: For the name of the prize winner, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Red Moon Marketing, Attn: 2024 Jack Daniel’s & Official Latin Grammy Party/Winner’s List, 7804 Fairview Road, Box #309, Charlotte, NC 28226, before July 16, 2024. Do not send entries to this address.
